3D2N Mount Kinabalu with Kinabalu Park
|
Kinabalu Park is Malaysia's first UNESCO World heritage site so don't forget to spend at least one night here! Staying in the park the night before your climb will help you to acclimatise to altitude and allows for a more relaxed start to your climbing day - highly recommended! It's also possible to stay after your climb if you don't want to rush back to Kota Kinabalu after a full day of hiking. There are numerous trails to explore around the base of the mountain as well as a small botanical garden.
Accommodation options in Kinabalu Park range from no-frills but clean 2-4 bed dorms to luxurious mountain chalets and all include dinner on the night of your stay along with breakfast the following morning. Perfect to fuel up before or after tackling your climb to the summit of Mount Kinabalu! |
