Did you know that the highly distinctive noses of the Proboscis Monkey can be used as snorkels when they are swimming? As male proboscis monkeys mature, their noses grow larger and more round in shape. Besides having the opportunity to see the Proboscis Monkey in the wild, one may also get the chance to see a variety of birds, common Macache monkeys in large numbers, large groups of water buffalo, the rare Silver Langour, and possibly even a crocodile along the river bank.

• 1330/14.00hrs:
Pick up from hotel lobby in Kota Kinabalu and transfer for about 2 hours passing the South China Sea, scenery of villages, small town and some roadside fruit stall brings you to Kota Klias, Garama village!
• At Garama village you will be served with a local style high tea before going for your unforgettable river cruise.
• 1700hrs -1900hrs:
Board on our River Junkie boat and proceed to cruise in search for wild life along the river. As you cruise till dusk, a chance to see fireflies depending on the moon's size and brightness and an opportunity to spot some nocturnal animals such as flying fox and bats.
• 1900hrs - 2000hrs:
Return to jetty for a local style dinner. The FIREFLIES come out to play in a near bye tree – lighting it up like fairy lights!
• 2000hrs aprx:
Retrace your steps back. 
2100hrs aprx:
Arrive at your hotel in town
